NSP-1 is a three-dimensional silicon aluminate that has a highly polarized crystalline structure. Its strong ability to adsorb molecules of water makes it suitable for deep dehydration situations.
It is characterized by a large specific surface, well-developed pores, a high water adsorption capability, a deep dehydration, and almost no adsorption or CH4 C2 or higher raw gas during the dehydration.
It is a reliable global supplier of NSP-1 molecular sieve . Send an inquiry for the latest price , If you want to purchase in bulk.
Technical Parameter NSP-1: Molecular Sieve
NSP-1 is used in the production of compressed gas (CNG) and liquefied gas (LNG) to deep dehydrate the gas, preventing the equipment from freezing up and clogging while pressurization and LNG liquefaction.
Two tower processes can be used over a longer time period. In production, the towers are in different states. One is in an adsorption mode and the other is in activation/regeneration mode. During adsorption the gas with high moisture content passes through the molecular bed from the top to the bottom. This reduces the disturbance in the gas flow. Pressure-lowering and pressure generation rates should not exceed 0.3MPa/min, when switching from adsorption to regeneration.
