Introduction High purity graphite powder Graphite is a black-gray powder that’s soft and granular. The powder can cause a greasy residue on the paper. With increasing levels of impurities, the hardness increases vertically to 1 2. The hardness can go up to 3 5. Specific gravity is 1.92.3. The melting point of this mineral is over 3000 when it is in oxygen isolation. It is therefore one of the most resistant to high temperatures.

High Purity Graphite Pulp
At room temperatures, graphite is relatively stable. It can be dissolved in water, dilute acids, dilute alkali and organic solvents. High temperatures can cause it to react with metals and produce metal carbides. These can then be melted.
High quality graphite powder High-temperature resistance, high electric conductivity and lubricity. Also, has chemical stability, plasticity, thermal shock resistance, thermoplasticity, and chemical stability.
Nanocrystalline high purity graphite The excellent quality and high-fixed carbon composition of this graphite, with less harmful residue, iron, is much more stable than other products. Its reputation in the high purity graphite market worldwide has been high, it has earned a reputation as “gold sand”.

High Purity Powder Graphite
You can use graphite powder as a refractory material, conductive material, lubricating, casting, mold, high-temperature metallic materials and as a pigment or polishing agent.
1) As refractory substances: graphite or its products with hightemperature resistance, high strengths properties are used mainly in the metallurgical industries to produce graphitecrucible. In steelmaking graphite can also be used as an ingot protective agent and metallurgy lining.
2, as conductive materials: This material is used in electrical industries to produce electrodes, brushes and carbon rods.
3: As lubrication materials, graphite is often used as a lubricant in the machine industry. Lubricating oil is often not suitable for use under extreme conditions such as high speed, temperature, and pressure. However, graphite materials are capable of operating at temperatures between 200 and 2000°C and sliding speeds up to 600 km/h without the need for lubricating oil. In many equipment used for conveying corrosive medium, graphite bearings are common. When running, they don’t require any lubricating oil. Graphite also works well as a lubricant when processing metals (wire drawing and tube drawing).
4 casting, aluminum casting molding, high-temperature metallic materials.
5 graphite can also be used to stop boiler scaling. A unit test has shown that the graphite added to water (45g per ton) is sufficient to prevent the boiler’s surface from scaling. Additionally, graphite can prevent corrosion rust by being coated on pipes, metal chimneys, roofs or bridges.
6. Graphite powder is a good choice for polishing and pigmentation.
