The following is a list of the most recent articles about Cobalt Phosphide Co2P Powder :
Cobalt-phosphide has a spiculate gray color. Its relative density (15), is 6.14. The melting point of cobalt phosphide is 1386 degrees Celsius. Cobalt is soluble with nitric, aqua regia and acetone but not water. Cobalt (CO2P), an intercalation chemical, is formed when the transition metal cobalt enters a phosphorus lattice. Cobalt-phosphide is useful in magnetism and lithium battery anode material, hydrogenation catalysts, photocatalytic degradaiton, etc. Cobalt is a type of semiconductor with a low bandgap. It has high thermal stability, chemical stabilities, strong electrical conductivity as well as efficient catalytic performances. This material is ideal for the production of a water decomposition catalyst. It is a global trusted brand. Cobalt Phosphide Co2P Powder You can also contact us by clicking here. . What is Cobalt Phosphide Co2P Powder Produced?
The four methods of preparation cobaltphosphide are based on the phosphorus sources. In the first step, tritylphosphorus (TOP), which is a phosphorus-based source, is used to synthesize phosphates. This can be done in an organic mixture by thermal decomposition, or the oil bath method. It is very easy to agglomerate the cobalt-phosphate nanowires when tri octyl is used in the Ullmann reactions. Due to the higher bond energy between phosphorus, oxygen, and metal, it is easier to reduce metal phosphates by hydrogen. However, the process of creating metal particles is not easy. The high sintering temperatures usually result in the formation large grains when synthesising phosphates. Third, if you use a relatively simple and mild hypophosphite method, such as heating decomposition at high temperature (300-400), the in situ generation toxic PH3 can be reduced. The fourth step was to prepare the metal phosphide using element phosphorus (140-200) under hydrothermal condition. The element of phosphorus contains white phosphorus, red phosphorus, and yellow phosphorus. This may lead to the agglomeration and size of the cobalt particles.

Applications Cobalt Phosphide Co2P Powder :
Cobalt-phosphide has many applications, including hydrogenation catalysis for photocatalytic decomposition, magnetic anode materials in lithium batteries, and photocatalytic degradation. Cobalt phosphide has low bandgap properties, excellent thermal stability, good chemical resistance, high electrical conductivity, and high catalytic performances. This material is ideal for the preparation of an effective water decomposition agent. It is a cheap, efficient and stable transition-metal phosphating agent.
