How is Praseodymium Nitride PRN Powder produced?
The nano-praseodymium was produced by vacuum pyrolysis under normal pressure at 100 300. The substrate structure was determined using electron selection diffraction in transmission electron microscopy. The particle size is less than 100nm. Nano-praseodymium exhibits high activity. It reacts with nitrogen for 24 – 48 hours at atmospheric pressure (300 to 400) and forms praseodymium oxide. XRD diffraction shows that the product has a face-centered cube structure. TEM tests showed that the particles were less than 100nm in diameter and the smallest size was 1nm.
