Technical standard:

Properties: Has good corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance resistance to oxidation, good welding and machining performance, good radiation resistance.

Applications: Inconel718 Alloy Tube has a wide range of applications, including aerospace, nuclear power, oil industry, and extrusion dies in the temperature range above.

Process performance requirements and requirements

1. Due to the high niobium concentration in Inconel718, the amount of segregation of niobium is directly related with the gold-treatment process.

2. Steel ingots should not be larger than 508mm in diameter to prevent excessive element separation.

3. The homogenized alloy is a good performer in terms of thermal work, but the maximum temperature at which the steel ingot can be heated should not exceed 1200°C.

4. The final temperature and deformation degree in the forging determine the average grain size.

5. The alloy can be welded with arc welding or electron beam welding. It is also suitable for spot welding, seam welds, and other methods.

6. Material properties will vary depending on the solution treatment and ageing treatment. Because of the low diffusion of the “g” phase, Inconel718 can have its mechanical properties obtained after aging.
