17-4PH is a martensitic, precipitation-hardening stainless alloy used in the manufacture of shafts and steam engine parts.Particle Size: 0-45mm, 0-53mm. 15-45mm. 15-53mm. 45-105mm.

Powder properties: powders with high sphericity and low oxygen content have a uniform particle size distribution and good fluidity. They also have a high bulk density as well as tapped density.

Processes: Powder is used in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing, laser direct deposition, powder hot isostatic press (HIP), Metal injection molding (MIM), and other processes.

Applicable equipment Powder can be used for various types of metal 3-D printers. These include Renishaw, EOS (EOSINT series) in Germany and the United States. Research and Development of Selected Laser Melting Equipment, such Huaying Hi Tech, Platinum etc.

Iron-based powder applications: Iron metal powders used in 3D-printed thin-walled devices, complex components, thermal spray, Laser cladding, biomedical application.
