At room temperature, MAPK is a colorless or light yellow liquid with a 40% content. HRS1 is a semi-transparent or opaque white paste that contains a small quantity of scaly, crystalline particles.

Monoalkyl-phosphate-potassium salt has a low irritation, rich foam, is easy to clean, does not feel slippery, and provides good comfort. Its emulsification properties are excellent, along with its solubilization and dispersion.

As an additive, it is added to cosmetics for washing in order to improve the compounding. It can also be used to foam up mild facial cleaners, shower gels or baby care products.
